We are now in the delayed phase of our response to COVID-19. This entails significant changes to how we identify and manage potential cases of COVID-19. Advice for NHS organisations is now as follows:1. The public are being advised to stay at home self-isolate for 10 days if develop symptoms OR 14 days if any household develops symptoms without any testing for COVID-19, regardless of travel history or contact with confirmed cases, if they have:a. A new continuous coughb. High temperature (of 37.8 degrees centigrade or higher)
c. Loss/change to sense of smell/taste
MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCE. STAY AT HOME AND SAVE LIVES.

All the Nurses are available for help, advice, and prescriptions to aid smoking cessation. Please ask at reception and we will try our best to arrange an appointment.

Clinics are held on a Tuesday 13:00 hrs – 16:00 hrs at the Low Fold Family Centre, Exley Road, Keighley. Contact the surgery for appointments. Midwife Alison Speight Tueday 13:00 hrs - 16:00 hrs
Please call between 12noon and 3.30pm to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if you are advised to do so.
